Signature quilts are specially designed quilts to remember special occasions: christenings, weddings, graduations, milestone birthdays, anniversaries or retirements. These quilts all have 2 special features:

A Centrepiece: a focal feature such as a special drawing, cross stitch or embroidery or a photograph. The possibilites are almost endless and I'll be happy to work with you to include your special centre piece.

Signature/Message Squares: blank squares, which I supply for guests to sign and write a message of their thoughts for the occasion. Please let me know what colours and theme you would like the design to be based around. The squares will be roughly 8cm x 8cm, but may vary slightly to suit the proportions of the centrepiece provided. NB It is advisable to use a fabric pen specifically designed for fabric on your quilt. I will supply a couple of blank squares for you to do a pen test - you will need to purchase your pen/s.

The quilts are available in 3 standard sizes, so that you can choose one that has enough signature squares for your needs, please email me for a custom quote if you require something different. When ordering please select the size and enter the number of squares that you would like to have on the finished quilt.

These quilts look beautiful on the end of bed or used as a throw or even as a wall hanging.

The filler and quilt backing is provided and included in the price.

Other than the centrepiece, I provide all the material and filling for the quilt matching the colours and theme that you request. However, if you would like me to incorporate any other special items in the design in addition to the centrepiece, please email me to discuss.
Usually 8 to 10 weeks from receipt of centrepiece and payment

However, if you would like a completed quilt with its centrepiece and signed squares for yourself or to present as a gift, I can supply you with a set of squares in your chosen colour/s to be signed by the guests at the occasion. These would then be returned to me after the event with the centrepiece e.g. the chosen photograph for incorporation into the final quilt.

If the centrepiece is a photograph or image, this can be emailed to me or uploaded with your order.
The quilts can be made in 3 sizes to provide a range of squares for people to sign. The options listed show approximate sizes but these will be adjusted slighly to suit the proportions of the centrepiece. I can accommodate a centrepiece of any size, but photographs cannot be larger than A4 size.

Small: up to 50 squares

Medium: between 50 and 80 squares

Large: between 80 and 110 squares
